P4515 Aftermarket Fuser Drive Gears

Anyone have short life on these drive gears? Just put these in in april and got 169K on them and already wiped out.
I noticed the inner bushing is loose and wobbles on the new brown drive gear. A better question is, are there not OEM replacements?
Couldn't fing in parts guide. Thanks for your help.

I'm using the M600 series Fuser Drive Gears (SwingPlate)- RC2-2432-M600 in the P4015 printer now. I get 5 times the life...Yes it will work with no problems.
Parts Now came out with an article that says you can't use them in the P4015 series but I've been doing it this way for a couple years now and have not had one issue.

I thought the M600 series have an angle fuser drive gear and the P4015 have a straight fuser drive gear. That was the reason Parts Now posted the article.
