please help me how to reset printhead, i replaced all new printhead and machine still show yellow and black printhead error

Printheads don't need to be reset, just replaced. If you still have that error after changing it I recommend you clean the contacts both on the printhead and inside the printer with a coffee filter and try re-installing it, it's most likely just dirty contacts. If that doesn't work the printer might be defective.

BTW I don't think there is an HP CP 1700 Officejet, please double check the printer model.

If cleaning doesn't fix your problem ask for a printhead replacement.

Btw did you replace it by a generic or oem printhead?
