    HP M5035MFP - Jam (13.05)

I am getting a constant 13.05 jam on my HP M5035. I have tested each of the sensors in the paper path, as well as the drives.

The paper stops just on entering the fuser, but i have confirmed the fuser is not faulty, nor is its drive. It appears that the signals generated by SR5 and SR6 are not in perfect time .. because they each work fine in a manual sensor test.

    Any ideas?

Then why do you hijack posts in this manner? In the previous thread i started i specifically said I have the manual for this machine, but you went ahead and made your post, which i really think is irrelevant. while i didn't mention manuals in this thread, where do you think is get SR6 and SR5 from? I can see you're a senior member in the forum. Still, I don't think that gives you or anyone else to post irrelevant advertisements. No help is a million times better than the type of posts i've been getting from you so far. I know i won't be able to change anything here, but that's how i feel.

Here is how the internet works, Google crawls this site, I have a lot of posts here which gives me higher search rankings while spending less money on Google.
2- Other people who may have this problem read these posts and may not have a manual.
3- I have been a paid supporter of this site since it went live. I also make a donation every month. This allows this site to stay live for everyone.

I hope there will not be chaos once everyone starts their own advertising all over the forum because money is life. That said, this 5035 still has the jam, and the manual hasn't shed any light so far. Maybe someone here will, or I will stumble upon some magic key (on my own)

What have you done so far? Have you tried firmware, different fuser, toner or tried throwing a manual at it?

Finally, fixed. Problem was the fuser (which the manual also advises to test .. then again, if your employer wants 100% assurance before they obtain parts for you .. you're damned. found an old compatible fuser for the test)

Well, when you put it that way it makes it hard to bitch about ya! Maybe you should add this statement (or something along these lines) to your adverts. I bet the complaining will decrease immensely.
