Help, we have a 9500mfp and I can't get the scanner to work at all. It always says "check unlock or check cables". There are only two connectors that I can find. One is power for display panel and the other I think is just for manipulating the control panel. However, there is an open space on the back and it looks like something might be missing because there is a open connector that goes to the circuit board. What am I missing.
