HP DesignJet 5500 error 0D000 - no media profile

Hi.I've problem with plotter HP DesignJet 5500. When I turn on it, shows me error "0D000". I touch enter to continue. Later when I want load paper, plotter says "remove media, load media profile". What I must do? When I want load profile by internet browser, in browser i see "500 internal error". I couldn't load profile by browser. In user guide is info that only I could load profle by browser. At first i thought that jetdirect is bad, but i changed it and it did not change anything. Please help.
