HP 4000 Series (4050, 4250, etc) Service Contracts

What is the standard for a general service contract for a basic B&W HP LaserJet Printer (HP LJ 4050, 4250, etc)? Not taking in to account volume discount, age, etc.

We are looking at bidding a school system contract and my experience is with Digital Duplicator contracts (inks and master material).

    Thanks.

This is a very low cost machines for maintenance, so we charge about 140$ per 10000 pages.
a good compatible or remanufactured toner for the 40X0 should cost about 25-30$.
replacing the silicone and teflon in the fuser (every 100K) and the pickup roller is about 50$.
    good luck

Very good models and they are old enough that you can get some for parts pretty cheap. I dont include toners on contracts on printers, but I require they purchase them from me. Which can be a good money maker if you use compatibles.
