Im afraid the service manual is not gonna be much help on this.
A 49 error can be many things.


1.) corrupt or problem print job...Clear job from Q and restrt machine
2.) Formatter
3.) embedded or external NIC card
4.) Driver

Clear print job and disconnect ethernet connection; If it will do an internal print an clears 49 error its probably not the printer and would be the print job or driver. I would start with upgradeing firmware and driver; You should do this anyways but if you cant because of a hard 49 its the formatter;
