HP CM2320nf putting intermittent horizontal lines across prints or copies

Anyone have any ideas? So far i have replaced all toners and cleaned contacts inside the machine. Not very experienced on this series of machine. I have included sample pages.

Thats a toner cartridge; Are you using refurbed toners?

They were using remans but I replaced all of them with new OEMs to help diagnose and made no change.
