HP Deskjet 3550 no black colour print

Hi,
I have HP DeskJet 3550 (3500 series) printer and it not print the black colour. when i change 3 new cartridges but fails. it runs in windows 7 prof. environment. please help to solve this issue.

I found that this printer uses an HP 27 cart which has a built in printhead. Are they oem carts or compatibles? Not many refillers can do them perfectly which is why I ask as you may be getting a bad batch. Otherwise, can you generate a test page from the printer internally to eliminate things like computers and drivers, ect.
