hp laser jet M602 new set up problem

Shows black box with toner type pyramid on top. Display shows: NPlF52042. Any one seen this? Is it normal? I have two new units showing the same thing. Thanks in advance.

Could that be the device name? The toner icon is normal, and the black box just means toner is full (it gets smaller as toner is used). The M602's I've seen have the IP address displayed on the screen, but maybe if the IP address display is disabled, it shows the device name instead.
