Need manuals if possible, however, I need to find part numbers for the sensor flag for the black cartridge as well as the MP tray assembly... ??

It's not going to be a sensor flag. You will need to replace the cartridge lock kit for all 4 cartridges (even though you may only have a broken one for the black cartridge). It involves gear timing and is fairly involved. Don't attempt this without a manual or if you are not a tech. Yes, I do have instructions. Do you need an MP tray or just a sensor flag for it? Your best resource for manuals is manuals4you.com. It's what the rest of us use and although I would like to help you more, I see a red flag under your name. Most of us don't like people asking for free service manuals or firmware. I do help others when I can, often times I dont have time to check the site unless I am looking for something, like today. Also, when I do check the posts, I really dont like to respond unless I know for sure what I am talking about, why waste time for the other guy? Anyway, I need the trays for the MP as the customer has broken them off. I didnt want to purchase a manual, not being cheap but the fact is we do not do very much with HP machines at all, primarily Toshiba and Copystar. Any help you can give is greatly appreciated, but if not, I understand as I do not give manuals out readily either. With Toshiba and Copystar the manuals are given to anyone certified so anyone asking for them is typically not... As for HP, we have begun working with them via our Toshiba contract but have not been "certified" on them.Comment

Just to clarify the flag that I am looking for... it is on the LEFT side of the machine, spring loaded and has a whole on the end of it that lines up with the LED on the board. I have the spring, but the arm itself was broken in half. The MP tray needed is the door assemblies, the customer broke the pin connections so both pieces need replaced.Comment

I find most HP manuals for free, if I find the right site.

HP provides a P/N database, diagrams, and even ordering and pricing info for anyone and anything at the HP Parts store. It's really pretty sweet.
