[Misc] HP CLJ CP5225n vertical conveyance

I've got a HP printer that's missing a small plastic roller. It's non-driven, and contacts a urethane-like roller. It's located in the section that conveys the paper vertically. The small white plastic roller is attached to the right hand door assembly, via a small plastic holder.

This is causing jamming (occasionally) and badly skewed paper. There are two of these rollers in this section.

The problem is, I can't seem to find any parts list with these particular rollers. Does anyone know which part number this is, or which part I'm tallking about?

Maybe you could provide a picture of the part you are talking about? That would help immensely.

Absolutely. I started the thread and then went to get a photo of it, half hoping someone would have an eidetic memory or something.
