After fitting new fuser, the machine now displays the messge 'initializing' have check all work carried out, made sure all connectors are correctly fitted, now hitting the proverbial 'wall', any ideas ?

If it isnt the fuser it will probably be the formatter.Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Coke in one hand - chocolate in the other - body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO-HOO, what a ride!".Comment

totally removed fuser again, found wire to left hand side wall connect below fuser to be hanging, thanks to everybody for their contributions.Comment
