HP CLJ CM3530 Line from top to bottom of every page on toner covered areas

I noticed not long ago that every page I print has a line from top to bottom that is only visible in toner covered areas AND if the page is held at JUST the right angle with the lighting source. There's also another wider line that's also hard to see.

Needless to say it's not a major problem but I'm worried this might be a defect with a part in the printer and not a cartridge problem, how can I tell what part is causing these lines?

I hope it's not an issue with the expensive transfer belt but I have a feeling it might, what else would cause a continuous line from top to bottom of every page on toner covered areas?

    Thanks

Is it a white line or lack of toner printed. Could be a one of the laser units block by dirt or toner.

It doesn't seem like a lack of toner, as I said it's only visible from a very specific angle on toner covered areas. It's almost as if something is scratching the print. or perhaps a micro-scratch on the transfer belt?

Have you looked at the fused heat roller.

Asking us to pull a rabbit out of the hat again I see...

The way you ask about the problem automatically would take like 5 more questions from a tech.

Providing info in a question is important.

Question; I got a line, what is it?

How the hell should I know?????????

Prepare your questions and in the process you might be able to fix it yourself, instead of wanting the the techs here to do all your research.

The problem has gotten worst in the last few days, there is now a top to bottom line of misfused toner when using thicker paper (I do accordingly adjust the paper thickness settings). I can basically scratch off the toner like scratch off lottery tickets along that top to bottom line of the pages.

Is my fuser failing already? It has 75% of its estimated life remaining. What would cause one long streak of misfused toner and can it be fixed without replacing the fuser? Can I clean it somehow?

Please keep in mind I'm an end user using this machine in my home office and I'm not a copier tech.

              Thanks
