HP 8500 Register (color misalignment) problem

I recently bought a HP 8500. Its runs great with one exception - the imposition of the color is off. Now its not too drastic currently but it needs adjusting. I don't have any manuals (discs) other than the GETTING STARTED booklet. I've gone to HP troubleshooting site to no avail. Need some help!
