HP P4015 JAM paper feed unit

    Hi Guys,

i'm facing a problem that paper always curve and roll when entering fuser unit. This was happen only doing duplex printing.

i encounter there are 2 items with tiny belts are missing which i had circle in red colod.

will these2 items caused the paper roll when paper pass thru this paper feed assembly before enter fuser entrance?

the jam code always show 13.05 ( fuser sensor is awaiting for paper but cannot detect)

    can anyone advised?

I've never seen that cause paper curl, but it will cause jamming under the cartridge. It is supposed to have 2 little bead like rollers with pins in the middle underneath those 2 little belts exactly as the one on the right side. If they are just out, you can pop them back in. If they are lost you can replace the paper feed guide asm, RM1-4548-000CN. You can probably get this part refurbished. It is a fun repair since you have to remove the power supply and install it on it before installing it in the machine. Be careful, since it's easy to knock out those little rollers again.
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Coke in one hand - chocolate in the other - body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO-HOO, what a ride!".
