Designjet 510 24" keeps printing 37" sheets for a 24 x 36" page??
My customer just imformed me that the Designjet 510 is cutting paper 37" instead of the standard 36". This is with different docs and different software. They have margins set to small. This has happening for months but now they relized it was 37". Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
