    HP CP 4005

    HI,
    Im rebuilding transfer unit with a new belt.Can someone tell me how to reset "REPLACE TRANSFER BELT " message?

      There is a burnable fuse in the assembly. Replace it and you should be fine.

      OK, so not so easy as I initially thought.

      Try Metrofuser. They have a rest tool

          Or you can buy from a vendor that changes those out and rebuilds them, like my company.
          Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Coke in one hand - chocolate in the other - body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO-HOO, what a ride!".
