I have a plotter Hp 5000PS which is asking for printhead relacement frequently even we changed new printhead.after changing he printhead we are able to make 20 or 50 AO copies

Does it always ask for the same one? You could have leaks in the tubes causing air to get in. You can remove the heads and clean the contacts with a dry cloth. Also look at the tubes and look for air bubbles. If you see any, get a set of set up printheads and bled the air out of them. Sometimes this will show leaks, in which case you replace the tube system, which is very easy to do.
