LJ Enterprise M601 need part number...not in SM

Customer knocked PS102 actuator out of position. Removed actuator and spring to readjust spring position and lost spring. Neither actuator or spring are listed in parts section of SM. Please advise as it makes no sense to me that this would not be available. In the meantime i have ordered a couple of Sharp springs that are similar but may not do the job and won't know til they get here on tuesday.
Please advise of spring part number if you know it or if there is one on another Hp machine that i can order from. Any help is very much appreciated. Frank/ActionPhotocopy

If the part number for the exact part you are looking for isn't listed in your manual, you need to order the entire assembly that part is a part of. That's just the way it goes with HP. Sorry.

Thanks for the response Iowatech. The other problem is that there is no assembly for that either. the actuator and spring sit on the black plastic frame and engage the p2102 sensor. If you have the service manual you will see what i mean. I am going to call Hp about it. In the meantime I just got 2 Sharp actuator springs that are somewhat similar and will give them a try. Frank

I used a Sharp delivery exit actuator spring (MSPRC0026QSZ1) for the Al series copiers and it is working fine. Frank
