    HP 4345 "copy not Available"

    Hi,

    After removing safecom from a few 4345 devices that we have we now get a message saying "copy not available." We have tried cleaning the disk,
    NV RAM initialization, disk initialization and a cold reset all to no avail.

    Any help on how to resolve this would be much appreciated.

              In the web interface of the printer go to setting and the authentication manager and set everything to none.
