HP 6030 asking to remove and shake toner

A collegue of mine has the above machine asking to remove and shake the black toner. you do so and it works for 15 mins or so then come up with the same message. he has replaced a black drum unit last visit and it has come back in again. the toner was initially replaced to possibly cure the fault before he visited last time.

any ideas greatfully recieved.

There are some youtube videos on how to troubleshoot this issue. Something to do with the position of the toner gates and adjustments as necessary. Seems screwy but there you go.

yea, we have a write up regarding this that my collegue didnt read so I have given him this to try and hes away to try and see how it goes.

Is this a Danwood machine?
