HP color laserjet CP4005 alignment problem

Hi , I have a problem with alignment of colors. I have already : replaced all cartridges (original), full calibrated many times, replaced image transfer kit, performed NVRAM initalization, cleaned lasers ,cleaned sensors.. Any suggestion what to do next?

I would look at what drive the yellow unit i.e. clutch or motor.

From the diagnostics menu, perform disable cartridge check. Move the cartridges to a different slot. Test to see if the problem follows the cartridge or stays with the slot. If it follows the cartridge, you have a defective cartridge. If it stays with the slot, check to see if the belt does the same thing in another printer (same belt will work in a 4700 or 4730mfp).

It may be the DC controller if it stays with the slot, and you've ruled out everything else.
