    Replacing my 4730mfp

What do you guys reckon? The printer is on its last legs....not surprised really, we print a lot of colour duplex presentations in the office and it doesn't get treated with respect anymore ( Office Space style). I think I better start thinking about a replacement. What is the general consensus, amongst you techs, when it comes to overall best printer? As in, ease of maintenance, print quality, print speed, construction quality and ease of use? Is there a clear run-away brand, say like Audi for cars (not the car I'd buy but I would be happy to recommend to someone, as supposed to my beloved alfas!), or are they pretty close? I had a Canon Image Runner 3100C (i think) and that was pretty good when it was working. The current HP has a terrible GUI and never seems to be able to display a current print queue, meaning docs keep getting printed even when I need it to stop.

4730's aren't that old a machine. Are you a technician?
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Coke in one hand - chocolate in the other - body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO-HOO, what a ride!".
