HPCP2025DN resetting to Factory deafult after power off

Hi all HP Experts Can you help me please, I have a 2025 that resets after power off (Meter readings back to 0 and asks for Language and region). I presume the back-up battery is flat but I can't find it, I have had all the covers off looking on boards or for a ram pack or something. can someone please guide me in the right direction please. also how do I put a line break in on posts Thanks all.

Look at the low voltage power supply on the right side of the machine.
