[Electrical] HP C3505 top media bin full entermitent error message

I have a entermitent problem with the top bin full message. I checked the sensor using the diagnostic manual sensor test and it checks fine. All connectors look good, any ideas? There is a small pcb located in the top right of the printer which the sensor is located, is it possible the pcb is bad or would think more on the line of the main control board?

Is this the CP3505? Is the sensor flag resting on paper after the paper exits? See if it is getting stuck. Also those fusers are problematic; Never had that sensor board or bin full sensor go out. Doesnt mean that its doesnt, just that I have never had that. This machine is similar to a 3600/3800
