    LJ pro 400 printing blank

    hi i am working on hp LJ pro 400 is printing blank on print and internal print as well please help if some one ran through this problem or know what causing blank printing

      You are looking at drum or laser. I would start with the drum.
      Check to see if the transfer roller is in place.

                  Did you do a stop test and see if the image is on the drum???
