Hello Everybody..

I have an HP Officejet 8500 machine with paperjam message, but there is not jammed paper in the machine..
i can not clear this message..

And I looking service manual (Not User Guide!!) for this products..
If you can to help me, please write me...

No, I am not. I don't know the way of rebooting...Could you tell me that way?
