Hi,
I can't update the firmware but i can print or scan via USB . I tried running the "Critical Update to Prevent and Recover from Unresponsive Front Panel Issues" fix, but it keeps saying device not connected, and no matter how many times I try to refresh, it can't find the printer.
I've viewed your forum post and i didn't found any thing like "HP Photosmart C4783 Firmware"
Please advice
