My printer HP CLJ M551 gives the error code 99.05.56 ?


This code is not in the manuals?


Anyone have an idea what's going on and what can they possibly the solution is?

I'd start by upgrading the firmware.

New firmware (2200643) does not give a solution, even latest firmware (2201075) does not give a solution?


New formatter and ssd memory, containing the latest firmware 99.05.56 error code remains.


Menu is reachable but can't print?
Been in Contact with HP but they don't have any solution?

Solution found together with the HP specialist!


DC controlerbord replaced and printer is working !
