Hey guys, I have a CP6015 that will print internal test pages all day long but as soon as you print to it, it locks up. The control panel works normal but will not print a config page or test page of any kind until rebooted. ive updated F/W and even changes formatter boards. Any Ideas?

What operating system are you using? What driver? What program are you printing from? -

It does it on win xp and 7, the driver is supplied from Hp Website, it doesnt matter if its word,pdf, or simply printing a test page from the driver, after it prints it wont print anything else.Comment
