[Misc] HP LaserJet Printers

I know these HP printers (9500, 9000MFP, & 4345MFP) have a HDD mounted to a EIO board. Can anyone tell me if these HDDs are 2.5" (notebook physical size) and the type HDD interface (IDE or SATA)?

I have a customer who wants them removed, erased to a certain standard and a copy of the erasure.
