    HP Designjet 350c

    Customer's HP Designjet 350c lights up all lights for a second when turning the machine on, then all light are off. There is no fan noise either. It first started during the middle of printing a page and the machine stopped and turned off (at that time the fan was on, never again after the stopped printing and lights went off)

    Is this a power supply or does anyone have any ideas? If it is a power supply, how much or is it even worht the repair?

          Hey Paul,

          I already have that service manual (Designjet_230_250_330_350C_sm) . This is a question for someone who might have seen this shut off upon powering on problem on one of the designjets.
