shadow on prints

HP laserjet 4350 have shadows on prints. History -- maintenance kit was change a few months ago (not sure when) and change to toners was the only changes made to this printer. Any adjustment I need to do? Thanks in advance!

Sounds like you might either have a fuser problem or you are using non HP toner. Or maybe you are running heavier paper and need to set the machine up for that.
If you could provide a picture of the problem, it would help.

Stop the page in the printer. Shadow on page before fuser? Bad cartridge.
Otherwise, defective fuser. It's not rocket science

In your case toner cart. shake the old and tap on it then install the old toner cart for a test. you will see your prints are fine. take the cartridge back where you bought it, get another. bring with you print from your old cartridge and one from the new one for proof.
This is what makes sense to me.
