    Working on this beast. Problem started with dead control panel display and all three panel lights on steady. According to manual most likely cause is formatter. Installed new one and nothing changed.

    Heart light is no help. It remains lit constantly. Manual gives no discussion for that.

      You may want to try a new firmware card, if you pulled the old one off of the old formatter.

          Yes, I was thinking that also. According to the manual it could also be memory. I'm going to try that next. Thanks for your in-put.
