[Error Code] P4515n, error code 10.94

The following message appears "10.94.00 REMOVE SHIPPING LOCKS FROM CARTRIDGE.", even after I reboot the printer. This is a new toner cartridge that I used in another P4515n and it worked fine. It must be a faulty sensor. Any assistance would be deeply appreciated.

The printer culdn't read the chip,sommething is stuck/broken between chip cartridge and chip reader.

Try re-positioning the chip on the cartridge to see if it makes better contact and check the contacts where the chip touches.

I found the problem, thanks to another forum (P4014n 10.94.00 error). One of the two pins that connect to the left was bent and not making contact with the metal plate on the drum. Just had to corrected it, and the printer is working fine.
