HP LaserJet 1522nf printing reboot

Hello! Can somebody help me? LJ1522nf HP, All in one printer when I start a printing resumes immediately. Drivers and replacing each one to WinXP, Win7 or Win8 is tested! If you're fine with copy and fax feature works (send and receive), and can be printed. The network also features work, and I can see the browser is configured. USB printing is restarted! This was someone's fault?

bad BGA welds main chip. or warm chip temperature of 300 degrees for two minutes or replacement formatter.
