[Misc] CP2025 cartridge tray stuck in printer, right door link broken

Customer broke the black plastic piece that links the white right front door "hinge" to the right railing that lifts the right side of the carriage tray. With pliers, I can pull the vertical piece out that lifts the railing and get the cartridge tray moving again. However, I don't think the customer is going to want to use pliers every time she needs to change toners. What is the replacement part that the broken piece is on?

Hp will only sell you the whole front door.

Thanks, but I don't think that the broken piece is part of the door. The white piece on the door with the "nipple" is fine. It's the black plastic piece the holds the nipple when the door opens that's broken off.
It's just a little piece about 3/8" wide and 3/4" long that broke off, part of the right railing assy(best description I can think of). Without the little broken piece, when you open the door, the white nipple thing cannot pull the right railing out to allow the cartridge tray to slide out.
