ERROR: HP CLJ CP 2025 w/Error 50.7

Good morning all,

According to another website (Fixya) "50.7 means that the photo sensor ps6 detected no movement." I replaced the fuser assembly, and still no joy. Just to check for fuser roller movement, I was able to feed a sheet of paper thru the fuser with no problem.

Any assistance would be deeply appreciated.

Is your machine plugged in to a surge protector? If it is, plug directly into wall.

I plugged it directly into the wall. No joy, still get the 50.7 error message.
