hp 800ps ink problem

Hi Everyone,

I have a Designjet 800ps that stopped printing in the middle of a job and now black ink cartridges are flashing 'X' indicating there's an error with the cartridge. I have tried replacing the cartridges, cleaning the contacts .......???
help me plz

Had Designjet 500 with same problem, ended up being electronics module.
