[Misc] HP plotter drive error T790

I have windows 8 32bit installed on the my system and beside Hp driver , many other printers installed on the system
My problem:
I set paper size in photoshop to A2 but my system change automatically into the letter size or In applixations such as Autocad the same thing occured with printing small sized drawing (A2 into letters)
solution :
1-change default printer to other
2- change the size of A2 standard to 59*42 and refresh printer properties

please help me about this problem and how to troobleshooting it .

Sorry, all I have is a wild guess, but first thing I'd try is downloading the print driver for your locality from the HP website and installing it (double check to make sure it is the correct driver). I'm probably wrong, but it sounds like you may have the U.S. print driver rather than the one that uses the "letter- number" style paper specs used in your area.
It is usually a good practice to download the latest drivers from the website rather than depend on the materials included with the machine anyway.
