I have 2 senders that are stumping me.
The first one will boot up and say ready. When you touch the screen to input the address, nothing happens. I had a spare sender to use to troubleshoot. I swapped the memory dimm, firmware and hdd. Nothing changed. My gut feeling is that it is the hdd. The second machine I was using had been down for a couple of years, and I do not know why, it could have been a bad hdd.
The second one is a 9250. It pulls the paper to the scan point and stops with a jam. I swapped the doc feeder and it still stops in the same spot. There are only 3 sensors in the paper path, entry read and exit. Stopping in the same spot with a different doc feed is really confusing. I have a manual and a tech support guy, and I have stumped my tech guy. Any ideas would help.
