    CP2025 jams

I have an HP CP2025 that will not feed past the registration rollers. I think that is what they are called. After the paper is picked up, it gets to a second set of 2 rows of rollers and they are not being turned on to feed the paper. It is on every page. Cannot access jam codes, if there are any, as it can only print info, not view it on the panel. Help line guy was confused by all of this. There is a sensor with a flag to the left of the feed roller. Am wondering if that turns on registration rollers or are they energised by something else? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
    Thanks!

There should be a sensor just past the pickup roller. Then there should be a sensor just past or at the registration roller. Do the reg rollers turn at all? I mean, is the sensor there at the reg rollers tripped, or does paper not even reach that point?

If the reg rollers don't turn at all (I mean, they don't even budge), the problem might be with the pre-reg sensor--the sensor right AFTER the feed rollers--the one detecting paper leaving the tray.

The registration rollers never budge at all. I believe the pre-reg. sensor is to the left of the pickup and feex rollers and the reg. Sensor is on a bar behind the reg. roller assy. It would almost sound like a pre-reg sensor then.

Just replace the pickup roller, and don't try and turn the reg rollers or its buy a new clutch time

Did you end up replacing any parts? If so, which part? I'm having the same issue.
