what other errors? 13.20 just means that a paper was left at a possible 3 different locations. If it wont clear there is a tripped sensor somewhere. Paper feed, Under the toner or at fuser

Checked all sections and cleaned all sensors:there's no paper inside the printer but at start up machine indicates error code 13.20.00 - "jam inside right door"
Is it possible that a broken cable(sensor),can cause this problem?
              Please advice

Do you have the manual? Cause there's a sensor test and also sensor location diagram in there.
Yes there is a sensor that is either bad or made when its not supposed to be.

This might be stupid, but have you turned the machine off and unplugged it for a few minutes?
Also, you might try pulling all of the paper trays out before you turn the machine on, there could be a print job that tries to restart when the machine turns on but can't because of worn feed rollers or something.
Sorry if that was a waste of time.
