[Jamming] hp officejet 4500 jam

I am using Hp officejet 4500 Paper is getting stuck in middle while print. I have cleaned paper feed. I tried back page smear clean using the hp tool box. it is getting stuck. Print job is getting stuck. Other functions FAX & SCAN are working properly.

Carefully Remove the paper and throw it in the nearest Dumpster!
