[Error Code] OCE IM3512 with F2-00 Error need help please!!

Hello, I have a OCE IM3512 with an Error code F2-00. I have tried Shaking the toner, and replacing the toner but no luck with either one. I really need to get this problem solved. any info would be greatly appreciated. I am an expereienced Laserjet tech, but not very familiar with Copiers.... Please help. Thanks

This is a re-badged Sharp, and the F2-00 code says you have a Toner Control sensor error. Run simulation 25-1 to see what the TCS level is reading; it should be somewhere between 90 and 110 (if I remember correctly).
The toner sensor should be cleaned at each DV change and it just might be 'caked' with toner and not giving a good reading. If the reading is normal, you might have pwb troubles.
This code is not a "copier code", it's an engine code similar to a laserjet problem. Good luck.
