hp designjet 1055cm

hi all i am new to site so hope i get it right. i instaled a full maintenance kit to 1055cm plotter[m/c in very bad state to begin with] and it came up with error 0B0006. this error is faulty electronics module. rang hp and they said there is nill available. i am wondering if there is something that i could do fix this. thanks.

did you disconnect the trailing cable at the carriage.. (make sure its plugged in properly (also be very careful, if you reverse the order the electronics module may blow a fuse)

thanks mate yeh instaled new cable between caridge and module and checked it was in correctly at both end .. i think the customer got rid of it and bought new hp designjet
