All of us have suggested things to you but it seems as thou they are being ignored. We need to know the answers to the questions asked.
It still could be all of the listed things, Many times you fix things by knowing what it isn't.

So the paper never reaches the fuser unit?

Does anything print on the paper? If so, what does the print look like.

Does it jam in the exact same spot every time?

Look at the leading edge and trailing edge of the paper. Where are they... exactly?

All this information is necessary to diagnose the machine.

still no luck now it jams constantly in the registration roller assembley but i noticed it will print a cleaning sheet fine
im ready to give up on this printer what else can i do to fix the problem

Run test jobs one at a time thru tray having the issue. This will tell us where the problem is. Have you looked in the error Log?

I also tried printing from the manual feed tray and that sucker still would give paper jam the only thing i
can think of is the registration roller assembley it jams alot there also

Doesn't sound like this is happening but something for you to know.

Is this a single print or is it a multiple print job and there is a paper pulling from tray 2?
If it is a single print and you are watching it jam as it leaves the fuser it possibly could be the fuser/ fuser exit sensor.
What does the error list say? Also mispicks are shown on the config. page.

This might be stupid, but check to make sure the paper type and to a lesser extent the paper size is correct.
Well, paper size is probably not the problem if the jams occur when the machine is feeding from tray 2, unless that tray is broken or set up incorrectly.

i ordered the orginal hp rollers and it would still give paper jams dont know what else to try it jams about 5 inches out of the fuser
someone please shed some light on this

Yes begin by installing the correct OEM Rollers.

RM1-4426 Pickup roller assembly
RM1-4840 Separation roller assembly

i have this hp cp2025 that constant paper jams i ordered some rollers for it and the printer worked for a few days then the customer
calls back and says the printer is still jamming i found something online about if the rollers are not genuine it could be related to the problem.The
first set of rollers that i ordered meaing the seperation roller had a very smooth surface but the top pickup one had good traction on it but then i came across another seperation roller that had more traction on it also the paper would jam right in the registration rollers i think its slipping due to
the fact that the seperation roller is not for this printer but it looks just like it can anyone help me out ?
