Comunication Lost Hp Cm3530fs mfp

Am having a problem with my Hp color laserjet cm3530fs mfp printer its giving me the following error on the screen,( Comminication Lost) How do i reset it i have taken the mini usb out and put it back bt the error is still there.Isthe any way of solving this problem

Did you clear the print queue and restart the computer?
