    Hp 2025 color misregistration

    Hi all
    i have a refurb 2025 that I can't correct the color reg on. I have tried diff cartridges with no help. It appears to be misregistered left to rt and not lead to trail. I'm thinking lasers are needing to be retimed. Any thoughts?

              do a calibration, then check the event log for 54.xx or 101.xx errors they deal with the color misregistration sensor as hp calls it. Sensor maybe bad or issue with itb belt. The data on your diag page is all zeros. Not sure what the rest of page data is supposed to indicate. maybe formatter. if you just bought this machine , I would return it if possible.
